Optimization method of electricity trading in new energy grid based on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals
Inter regional electricity trading is one of the important measures to achieve the remote consumption of surplus wind and solar resources, low-carbon transformation of the power system, and sustainable development. In response to the insufficient capacity of new energy consumption in the existing power system, a dual layer electricity trading model based on carbon trading and green certificate trading within and between new energy regions has been proposed. The upper level model is constructed with the goal of minimizing the comprehensive costs of carbon emissions, green certificate trading, battery charging and discharging, electricity consumption within the region, and new energy purchasing and selling outside the region, the goal of the lower level model is to achieve the minimization of the total cost of new energy purchase between regions. The lower level model is transformed into upper level constraints (Lagrange duality and KKT(karush-kuhn-tucker) conditions) and solve the model using the Gurobi solver. The superiority of the proposed new energy electricity trading model is verified through numerical analysis. The results indicate that the proposed method can effectively balance economy and low-carbon, and improve the peak valley load difference, which provides certain assistance for the consumption of new energy in the power system.
