Research on Sequential Acceleration Verification Method for Multi model Intelligent Energy Meters with Gradual Exit in Typical Environments
To address the inefficiency and resource constraints of reliability verification tests for multi-model electricity meters in high dry-heat environments, this study proposes a sequential test scheme integrating time-varying acceleration effects and dynamic withdrawal mechanisms. Based on the Weibull distribution, an accelerated sampling characteristic function for reliability life indicators is constructed. A time-equivalent model is employed to map time-varying stress test data to reference conditions, establishing a sequential probability ratio test (SPRT) framework. A successive withdrawal-based multi-model synchronous verification mechanism is designed, dynamically eliminating adjudicated types and updating test criteria to achieve parallel verification of multi-model meters under limited test slots. This research provides an efficient and precise solution for collaborative reliability verification of multi-model electronic products in typical environments.
