Electrical Measurement & Instrumentation started publication in 1964, and now is Chinese Core Journal in academic domain of electromagnetic measurement and metrology. The journal is sponsored by Electromagnetic Measuring and Information Processing Instruments Branch of China Instruments and Control Society and in charge of Harbin Research Institute of Electrical Instrumentation. It has already been an authoritative journal in Chinese electrical instruments academic and industry technology. Topics of the journal include theories and methods of electrotechnical measurement, methods of electromagnetic parameters measurement, technologies and applications of power instrumentation measurement and control, and running state monitoring and fault diagnosis of power grid, covering three first-level disciplines and seven second-level disciplines of engineering. The first-level disciplines include instrument science and technology, electric engineering and information and communication engineering. The Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Mr.Zhang Zhonghua holds the post of the chairman of the Editorial Committee.
