Electrical Measurement & Instrumentation started publication in 1964, The journal is sponsored and in charge of Harbin Research Institute of Electrical Instrumentation Co., Ltd. Topics of the journal include theories and methods of electrotechnical measurement, methods of electromagnetic parameters measurement, technologies and applications of power instrumentation measurement and control, and running state monitoring and fault diagnosis of power grid, covering four first-level disciplines and seven second-level disciplines of engineering.
