(2) Login: Input user name and password form the author interface and fill in the relevant information of manuscript to complete the submission.

(3) After submission, authors can preview and download the manuscript, re-review the manuscript after author revised, view your reviewing history, and update your personal information. Authors should guarantee the expedite communication so that editors can communicate with you to discuss the manuscripts.

(4) Authors should revise the manuscript in 30 days.

(5) Authors should not submit a manuscript repeatedly after success.
