      并联有源电力滤波器是电网中谐波治理的一个重要组成部分。二极管箝位式(NPC)三电平并联有源电力滤波器适用于大功率,高电压的场合的电流谐波补偿。为了解决传统的NPC三电平并联有源电力滤波器结构中,中点电位波动的问题,提出了一种自消除中点电位波动的NPC三电平并联有源滤波器结构,即在直流侧中点和三相桥臂中点之间串入一个可控电压源,通过控制可控电压源的输出电压的大小,对中点电位的波动进行实时的补偿。仿真的结果证实了提出的新型的并联有源滤波器结构能够有效的消除中点电位波动,且系统的动态性能良好,具有较高的实用价值。
英文摘要:
      Shunt active power filter is an important part of power grid in harmonic control.Neutral point clamped(NPC)three-level shunt active filter is applicable for current harmonic compensation in high-power, high-voltage situation. To address the problem of Neutral-point Potential Fluctuation in traditional NPCthree-level shunt active filter,a structure of NPC Three-level Shunt Active Filter with Neutral-point Potential Fluctuation Self-eliminating is proposed,a controlled voltage source is stringed into a controlled voltage source between DC side neutral-point and Three-phase bridge arm neutral-point,which is used to give a real-time compensation to Neutral-point Potential Fluctuation by control the size of output voltage of controlled voltage source. Simulation results show that theproposed structure of the new Shunt Active Filter can effectively eliminate the Neutral-point Potential Fluctuation,and the system has good dynamic performances,and has high practical value.
