      GIS内电压互感器误差现场校验时,由于其分布电容的不确定性,常规的试验方法存在升压困难及操作复杂的问题。基于先调频后调感的技术和多年的现场工作经验,本文设计和实现了GIS内电压互感器现场误差智能化校验系统,介绍了校验系统的组成及实现方案,给出了程控可调高压谐振电抗器结构设计方法,介绍了智能变频控制电源软硬件设计方法。多次实验表明,该校验系统能以低压调频谐振的方式计算被试电压互感器分布电容量,自动调节程控可调高压谐振电抗器的电感量,自动实现谐振升压和误差校验,可提高现场校验技术水平、工作效率。该校验系统于2013年7月通过相关权威部门的检测。
英文摘要:
      When voltage transformer error-site of GIS is calibrated, due to the uncertainty of its distributed capacitance, the conventional test methods exist boost difficulties and operating complex issues. Based on the technology of first FM then modulation inductance and years of experience in the field, this article designs and implements intelligent calibration systemSfor voltage transformer error-site of Gis, introduces the composition and implementation program of calibration system, gives structural design method of a high-pressure adjustable reactor, introduces hardware and software design methods of the intelligent inverter control power. Several experiments show that the calibration system can calculate distributed capacity of tested voltage transformer in a Low voltage FM resonance manner, automatically adjust the high pressure adjustable reactor inductance, automatically complete resonance boosting and error calibrating, can improve the technical level of on-site test and the working efficiency. Thus the calibration system was checked by the relevant authorities in July 2013.
