      晶闸管阀作为SVC装置中的核心部件,根据相关IEC标准和电力行业标准规定和工程需要,在出厂前必须进行一系列的高压绝缘试验,来验证其耐受电压能力和局部放电的起止电压是否满足要求。由于晶闸管阀结构形式和绝缘材料的多样性,导致在规定试验电压下晶闸管阀局放值超过规定允许值的问题时常发生,特别是35kV等级的晶闸管阀,由于其工作电压等级高,内部绝缘薄弱部位很容易产生局部放电现象,对试验造成一定影响,如果未能得到有效处理,对产品的运行使用将带来严重的绝缘隐患。针对上述问题,通过总结新型35kV SVC用TSC型晶闸管阀高压试验中遇到的典型局部放电问题,理论分析问题出现的原因,提出了相应的解决方案。
英文摘要:
      The thyristor valve is used as the core component in Static Var Compensator , according to the relevant IEC standards and the standards of the power industry regulation and the need of the project, in the factory must be high in a series of insulation test, to verify the withstand voltage and partial discharge start voltage whether meet the requirements. Due to the diversity of thyristor valve structure and insulation materials, resulting in the specified test voltage thyristor valve PD value exceeds the permissible value of the problems often occur, especially the thyristor 35kV class pipe valve, due to the high voltage rating, internal insulation weak parts are easy to produce partial discharge phenomena, have certain influence to the test, if not get effective treatment, the use of products running will bring severe hidden trouble of insulation. In view of the above question, through summarizing partial discharge in the high voltage test for a new thyristor valve of 35kV SVC(TSC) device , the theoretical analysis of the reasons for the problem, put forward the corresponding solution.
