      利用GPS对时功能,提出了一种改进同步时间法来保证各个调频电厂的时间同步,避免频差积分差异,为调频机组分散协调控制奠定了基础;以省级电网中的梯级水电站群为研究对象,提出了一种基于改进同步时间法的梯级水电站群AGC协调控制策略,实现了各梯级水电站所接入的地区电网间联络线负荷功率频率偏差ACE的控制,保证了区域电网频率恒定。以3机9节点系统为例,利用PSCAD/EMTDC软件构建了三区域等值模型及梯级水电站协调控制策略,验证了所提算法的可行性及有效性。

      Using the function of GPS time transfer, an improved synchronization time method has been put forward to ensure clocks of each power plant participating in frequency regulation synchronized, and to avoid the integral difference of frequency offset, so a coordinated control can be realized for decentralized frequency regulation. Taking Cascade hydropower plants in a provincial power grid as the study case, this paper has put forward a coordinated control scheme based on improved synchronization time for cascade hydropower plant group of AGC, to realize ACE control of load power frequency deviation on tie-lines of each power plant connected to the grid, and to keep the regional power grid frequency constant. Finally, by building a three regional equivalent model and a control scheme of cascade hydropower plants in PSCAD/EMTDC, the proposed method is tested on 3-geneator 9-bus system to verify its feasibility and efficiency.
