      特高压输电线路是我国自主研发的国际领先技术,是我国未来电网建设的重要环节,推进特高压输电线路的智能化巡检设备的研究与工程应用,对国家未来电网建设和智能电网的战略起着关键的作用。针对特高压输电线路的状态检修,设计了以ARM Cortex-M4处理器为核心的特高压交流瓷质绝缘子智能检测仪。检测仪主要由微控制器、绝缘子电阻测量模块、绝缘子视频检测模块、人机接口、存储系统及PMS系统接口组成,主要完成瓷质绝缘子的低零值检测。检测仪参照特高压电力线路杆塔现场工作人员的具体操作要求而研制,根据绝缘子的阻抗进行低零值绝缘子的判断。该检测仪可以满足特高压输电线路绝缘子低零值的测量需要,且测量精度<3%,优于现有的超高压绝缘子5%-10%的测量精度。
英文摘要:
      Ultra High Voltage (UHV) transmission lines, which is a international leading technology independently developed in China, is an important part of the future power grid construction. It plays an important roles in the country"s future power grid construction and smart grid strategy to promote intelligent UHV transmission line inspection equipment research and engineering applications. UHV porcelain insulator detector is designed based on ARM Cortex-M4 processor. The detector"s main function is to measure the impedance of the insulator. It also has the functions that smart start or shut down a high-voltage module, real-time data displaying, analysis and judgment of the low-zero value and information storage. Detector is designed based on operating requirements of UHV power line tower site staff. The measurement accuracy of our detector is less than 3%, better than the existing EHV insulators detectors which have the measurement accuracy of 5%-10%.
