      结合高低压电器试验和研究中对选相合闸装置的实际需求,研究了自动跟踪输入电压信号频率的选相合闸控制技术,即通过快速傅里叶算法得到输入电压的频率和初相位,并根据待合闸相位输出控制信号。系统设计了以ARM微处理器为控制核心的硬件电路,主要包括ARM中央控制单元、信号调理电路、隔离与电力开关模块、触摸屏等部分。分析了选相合闸装置在检测和数据处理方面产生误差的原因,并给出了解决办法。试验结果表明:选相合闸控制装置长期工作可靠,实际选相精度可达到±1°,有一定的应用参考价值。
英文摘要:
      The operating principles of automatic tracking voltage frequency and phase angle selection in the electrical apparatus measuring device that are urgently needed are described. The methods of calculating frequency and phase are based on Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm(FFT). A microprocessor using FFT algorithm generates the phase controlled signal according to sampling instantaneous value of voltage. The hardware mainly includes the structure based on STM32F103, the signal amplifying circuit, the insulation blocking and power switch circuit, and the touch screen circuit. The error sources of measuring and data processing are analyzed, and the methods that how to improve the measurement accuracy are discussed in this paper. The system of electrical apparatus measuring device for phase angle selection is reliability and the precision is ±1°. The practice shows that this method of automatic tracking voltage frequency is of certain value for reference to rapid calculation of phase angle selection.
