      中大功率的IGBT都需要单独的IGBT驱动电路,传统的驱动电路采用模拟电路来实现无源电阻性门极控制的方案存在一定的缺陷。本文提出以FPGA为核心,利用数字技术实现可分级控制的有源门极驱动方案,并利用数字控制器的优点,实现对IGBT的实时监测和保护。

      A medium and high power IGBT module needs a IGBT driver. As traditional analog driver with passive resistance gate control has sort of disadvantages, this paper proposes an active gate drive scheme using digital technology based on FPGA, and using the advantages of digital control to fulfill a real time monitor and protect of IGBT.
