      变电站视频监控系统是智能电网的一个重要组成部分,广泛应用于变电站的运行、管理、维护等方面。但是,由于不同厂家的视频监控系统设备技术路线、依照标准不一致,不同的产品之间在互联互通方面存在着障碍。针对这个问题,本文采用模拟仿真的测试方法,设计并实现了一种新型测试系统,可以模拟真实变电站视频监控系统、测试与其相连的视频监控系统设备的功能、协议一致性接口协议及性能,对于存在问题的设备,指出问题所在,促进其满足视频监控系统发展的需求。实际测试验证了该系统的稳定性、可靠性、准确性、实用性,具有很大的应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Video monitoring system in substations is an important part of smart grid, which is widely used in operation, management and maintenance of substations. However, there’re some obstacles in communications among devices from different companies. In order to solve these problems, a new test system is designed by a kind of simulation method, which can tests the functions, protocols and capabilities of a real video monitoring system. For the device unqualified, the problem is pointed out by the test system and make it satisfy the needs of video monitoring system. It is showed from the experiments that this test system has a practical application value with its stability, reliability, accuracy and availability.
