      针对目前还没有对数字信号校准的相关规范和标准,文章提出了可溯源的数字计量设备准确度检测系统。该系统以模拟标准功率源作为信号源,采用NI-USB6281精密互感器和AD转换模块实现信号转换,通过数字标准表发送SV报文,并以数字电能表为试验对象,进行了大量试验。经实验验证该系统可实现对数字计量设备尤其是数字电能表的准确度检测,并且检测精度达到了万分之二。数字计量设备检测系统能够很好的解决数字信号无法溯源的问题,并为数字计量设备的准确度检测提供了一种参考方法。
英文摘要:
      For there is no regulations and standards of digital signal calibration. The design of digital measurement equipment accuracy detecting system, which uses the analog of standard power source as signal source, the NI-USB6281 precision transformer and AD conversion module to realize signal conversion, through digital SV standard table sent message, and with digital watt-Hour meter as test object, a large number of trials. According to large amounts of experimental verification, the accuracy deviation analysis of digital measurement equipment and detecting system can actualize the test of accuracy to digital measurement equipment especially the digital watt-hour meter, which is used as testing subjects, and the accuracy reaches 0.02%.This detecting system can solve the problem that digital signal can not trace to the source perfectly, and providing a method to accuracy deviation analysis of digital measurement equipment.
