      相电流检测是异步电机控制系统的关键,本文设计了简单、实用、精确度高的异步电机直接转矩为控制系统中的相电流检测电路。采用新型电流传感器芯片ACS712,以逆变器下桥臂采样方式,实现电流的准确检测。计算误差,用MATLAB拟合实验数据,用TMS320F2812作为主控制器,验证了检测方法的正确性。实验结果表明该电路精度高和线性度好,可以在交流调速中应用推广。

      Phase current detection is the key factor of the Induction Motor Direct Torque Control System, the paper designs a more simple, practical and high accuracy phase current detection circuit using in asynchronous motor direct torque control system. Using new current sensor chip ACS712, the invert bridge arm sampling mode, accurate detection of current. Error calculation, using MATLAB fitting and giving the experiment results. With TMS320F2812 as the master controller to verify the correctness of the detection method. The results show that the circuit has high detection accuracy and linearity and can be widely applied in AC speed regulation.
