      为保证电网稳定运行及用户的用电安全经济,建立有效的电能质量监测系统至关重要。针对现有电能质量监测系统的不足及不同监测设备之间互联的问题,设计了基于IEC61850标准的区域电能质量监测系统,真正实现了监测系统的网络化管理,能及时反映各监测点及地区整体电能质量水平。在介绍了系统架构、基本功能及软件设计的基础上,对站内监控主机设计中电能质量监测设备的信息建模、采样值报文捕获两种关键技术以及智能评估系统的开发进行了详细阐述。最后,通过应用实例验证了系统的可行性和有效性。
英文摘要:
      In order to ensure the stable operation of grid and the electrical safety and economy of user,it is important to establish an effective power quality monitoring system. In allusion to the deficiencies of the existing power quality monitoring system and the problem of interconnection between different monitoring equipment,a regional power quality monitoring system based on the standard of IEC61850 is designed. It really realizes the network management of monitoring system and can timely reflect the every monitoring points as well as the overall level of power quality. On the basis of the introduction of architecture system,basic functions and software design,two key technologies about information modeling for power quality monitoring equipment,sampling value packet capture in the design of the monitoring host and the intelligent evaluation system are expounded in detail. Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the system is verified through the application examples.
