      针对光伏电池通用仿真模型复杂、难懂等问题,本文基于Matlab/simulink模块封装技术,提出一种对光伏电池中几个重要参数进行模块化封装的新型仿真模型,该模型简单、明了且可以清晰的得到不同温度和光照强度对光伏电池参数的影响。并结合新型的MPPT跟踪方法,通过判断dU×dP的符号,系统在外界环境变化时,只需经过2个判断即可准确得到系统工作位置,快速跟踪到最大功率点。最后在Matlab/simulink环境下仿真验证本模型不仅可以准确还原光伏电池的I-U特性曲线,通过与新型跟踪方法结合,明显缩短了系统的跟踪时间,减弱了系统在最大功率点的振荡现象。
英文摘要:
      For photovoltaic cells general simulation model is complex and difficult problems, this article is based on the Matlab/simulink module encapsulation technology,put forward a kind of several important parameters in the photovoltaic cell modular encapsulation of new simulation model,the model is simple,clear and can be clear for different temperature and light intensity on the influence of photovoltaic battery parameters.And combined with the new method of tracking MPPT,judging by dU×dP,system in the external environment changes,just after two judgment can accurately get system working position, fast track to the maximum power point.Finally under the environment of Matlab/simulink simulation of this model not only can accurate reduction of photovoltaic cells I-U characteristic curve,through combination with new tracking methods,significantly shortened the time of tracking system,weaken the oscillation phenomena of the system in the maximum power point.
