      Z源逆变器因能够实现上下桥臂直通,避免死区引入,能有效提高逆变系统安全性,减小输出的谐波含量而成为逆变器研究的热点。在传统三电平逆变器的前端引入Z源网络,构成Z源三电平逆变器。本文以单Z源三电平逆变器的工作原理为基础,参考传统三电平的SPWM调制策略,应用Z源逆变器简单升压控制原理,分别研究了改进载波同相层叠和改进载波反相层叠两种正弦调制方法,并通过相应的仿真实验验证了两种调制策略的有效性。
