中文摘要:
      孤岛检测技术是分布式发电并网系统研究中的关键技术,检测性能的好坏直接影响到人身及设备的安全。本文提出一种改进的滑模频率偏移算法,通过在计算出起始相位后引入了一个比较环节,有效地克服了传统于孤岛检测方法存在的检测盲区。仿真结果表明该改进算法能够有效的减小孤岛检测的盲区,快速和准确的实现孤岛检测功能。
英文摘要:
      Islanding detection technology is a key technology of grid connected system of distributed power generation which detecting performance has a direct impact on the safety of personnel and equipment. In this paper, an improved frequency offset sliding islanding detection algorithm is proposed though joining a comparative link after computing starting phase in order to effectively overcome detecting blind spot of traditional methods. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce blind spot and thus has a fast and accurate implementation of the islanding detection.
