      Z源三电平中点钳位逆变器有效的结合了Z源网络的开关电感特性和三电平逆变器的特点,但开关电感能力有限。针对这一问题,文章提出了开关电感Z源三电平中点钳位逆变器。新逆变器通过改进电路拓扑获得了更高的开关电感能力,能稳定有效地提高系统的输出电压。采用改进载波同相层叠调制法控制开关管的工作。该方法简单、可靠、易于实现。仿真结果验证了新拓扑的可行性及有效性。
英文摘要:
      Existing dual Z-source networks three-level neutral-point-clamped (NPC) inverters integrates advantages of Z-source networks and three-level inverters. But voltage boost ability is limited. In order to get stronger boost ability,this paper presents switch inductance Z-source there level NPC inverters, which suits Photovoltaic power generation better. The paper analysis working theory of the present inverters in detail. Using improved carrier disposition PWM method control the working of the inverters. Last Simulation results demonstrate the theoretical analysis.
