      配电网线损管理是供电企业运营管理的重要内容,对于提高企业的经济效益、节能减排具有重要意义。现有的配电网线损管理系统与企业其他系统互操作性差、流程容易割裂,最终形成孤岛,严重影响了线损管理的效率和效果。为此,本文设计了一个基于面向服务架构(Service-Oriented Architecture,SOA)的线损管理系统。该系统具有多点、异步通信的特点,且在空间、时间和控制流上完全解耦,适合于线损管理这种信息交换频繁、动态性强的应用系统。基于SOA的线损管理系统,通用性强,易维护,可实现与其他系统的互操作,从而提高线损管理效率和管理水平。
英文摘要:
      Line loss management of distribution networks is an important part ofSthe management of the power supply enterprises, because it plays a very important role in improvingSeconomic benefits and promoting energy conservation. Because of the poor interoperability with other systems and easily split workflow in the existing line loss management of distribution network, it is likely to form islands and seriously affects line loss management results. This paper will design a line loss management system based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). This system has the multipoint, characteristics of asynchronous communication, and it can be completely decoupled in space, time as well as control flow, so it is very suitable for line loss management application system where information is exchanged frequently and dynamic is strong .The line loss management system based on SOA has strong commonality, easy maintenance and can achieve interoperability between line loss management system and other systems. SO, it can improve the efficiency and the level of line loss management.
