      针对大规模风电场群接入电网的现状,研究了一种风电接入地区的风电场群电压无功协调控制策略,通过控制各风场无功功率的输出,维持控制点电压稳定。首先计算控制点电压所需的无功调整量,然后采用无功功率电源的最优分布准则将无功调整量分配到每个风场中,充分利用了每个风场无功补偿设备的无功调节能力,使每个风场都参与到了接入区域的电压稳定控制中。模拟了风速、电压跌落两种扰动,结果表明采用本文的控制策略能够有效抑制控制点的电压波动。
英文摘要:
      This paper studies a reactive power control strategy to stabilize voltage by controlling the reactive output of each wind power field with large scale wind farm integration. Firstly, the reactive adjustment quantity of voltage control point is calculated based on the deviation of reference voltage and measured voltage and then the reactive adjustment quantities distributed to each wind farm using equal network loss increase ratio law. This strategy makes full use of the reactive regulating capacity of the var compensation equipment of each wind farm,so that they can participate in the voltage stability control in grid-connected region. Wind speed variations and voltage drop has been simulated and result show that the voltage variation could be inhibited by this strategy.
