液态金属磁流体(Liquid Metal Magnetohyrodynamic,LMMHD)发电机是磁流体波浪能直接发电系统的一个关键部件。液态金属发电工质与固体电极间的电接触性能,直接影响LMMHD发电机的输出特性和发电效率。本文首先分析了LMMHD发电机的接触电阻及其影响因素,提出了一种固液金属界面接触电阻的测量方法,并实验研究了液态镓合金和固体紫铜电极间的静态接触电阻。

A Liquid Metal Magnetohyrodynamic( LMMHD) generator is a key component of the MHD wave energy direct convert system. The electrical-contact performance between the liquid metal and solid electrodesdirectly affects the output characteristics and power efficiency of the system. This paper analyzes the contact resistance of a LMMHD generator and itsaffecting factors first. Then a new measurement method of the contact resistance between the solid-liquid metal interface is put forwardand the static contact resistance between the liquid Galinstanalloyand the copper electrodesis studied experimentally.
