英文摘要:
      In this article, the structure and principle of a novel multi-turn absolute optical encoder have been introduced and the data interface and multiple-bus agreement conversion device based on DSP chip have been designed. The design method of hardware and software have been given out, making it suitable for different industrial applications, the precise measurement and control of rotational speed and position of pitch rotor in wind power control system have been realized.
