      传统的倍压Boost PFC变换器其因其输入电流连续、电磁干扰小等优点而作为半桥逆变器的前端得到广泛运用,但该拓扑的开关管和电感在工频周期内未得到充分利用,因此本文提出一种改进型倍压Boost PFC变换器,并对其控制系统进行数字化改造。与传统的倍压型Boost PFC相比在器件上少了一个开关管和一个电感。基于TMS320F2808平台对本文所提出的改进型拓扑进行验证,实验结果表明,该拓扑电路稳定、简单、可靠、输入功率因数(PF)高、THDi小。
英文摘要:
      Because of the continuous input current and small electromagnetic interference, conventional voltage doubler Boost PFC converter has been widely applied as the front-end stage of half-birdge inverter. Through the analysis of conventional voltage doubler Boost PFC converter’s operating principle, the conventional converter is not taking full advantage of its switches and inductances. Thus, a modified voltage doubler Boost PFC is presented this paper aiming to make use of the switch and inductance; besides, digital control technology is introduced to this modified converter. The experimental results based on TMS320F2808 show that the modified converter is simple、reliable and can realize steady output bus voltage in total power with high input power factor and low THD.
