      研制了一套变电站端子箱防潮控温系统。系统由无线温湿度调节控制器、手持设备和监控平台构成。控制器通过ZigBee无线网络与监控平台交互信息;手持设备通过红外射线读写控制器参数。本文提出了新的防凝露控制方案,研制了半导体制冷除湿装置;结合模糊PID技术,运用半导体制冷除湿的控制手段,防潮效果明显;利用手持设备方便运维人员现场巡检;通过平台实现站内各端子箱的集中监控。本文论述了系统的软硬件设计,重点讨论无线温湿度调节控制器的设计方案。目前,本套系统已在多个变电站内投入使用,具有较强的实用性。
英文摘要:
      A moisture and temperature control system is developed for terminal box in transformer substation. It is composed of wireless temperature and humidity controller, infrared handheld device and monitoring platform. The controller exchanges information with platform by ZigBee wireless network, the handheld device reads and sets parameters in controller via infrared ray. This paper presents a new anti-condensation control scheme and develops a semiconductor refrigeration dehumidifier device. With fuzzy PID technology, it makes a good moistureproof effect by using refrigeration technique to dehumidify. It will be convenient for operators on daily site checking by using handheld device. Operators achieve function of centralized monitoring through platform. This paper discusses the hardware and software design about system, focusing on design of wireless temperature and humidity controller. At present, the system has a high practicability, which has been put into use in some substation.
