      随着巨磁电阻传感器日益广泛的应用,对其静、动态特性进行综合测试的需求日益迫切。本文以亥姆霍兹线圈为基础,构建了标准磁场发生装置,实现了对巨磁电阻传感器特性的全面测试,对比了不同型号传感器的动静态特性、角度特性和温漂特性;之后针对测试过程中的不足,重点对传感器角度特性测试、动态磁场发生和校准平台三部分提出了改进方法,为进一步改善巨磁电阻传感器特性测试的质量奠定了坚实基础。
英文摘要:
      With the widespread application of giant magneto-resistance (GMR) sensor, it is urgently required to test its static and dynamic characteristic comprehensively. In this paper, the standard magnetic field generator based on the Helmholtz coils is designed to finish the comprehensive characteristic test of GMR sensor. Some GMR sensors are tested and compared by utilizing the standard magnetic field generator. The dynamic and static characteristic, angle characteristic and temperature drift characteristic are all compared. After that, in accordance with the insufficient during the testing course, the improving methods about angle characteristic testing, dynamic magnetic field generator and calibration platform are put forward. It will provide powerful support for improving the test quality of GMR sensor property.
