      动力电池组是纯电动汽车的唯一动力来源,是整车的能源核心。对于正在运行的电动汽车,其电池管理系统需要实时监测电池组各单体电池电压,并以此实现电池单体之间的均衡控制。本文完成了基于LTC6802的十二节电池电压采集板的设计,并实现了电池组内均衡控制电路的设计。测试实验论证该实验板电压采集精度能够达到99.5%,均衡电路能够快速准确的实现单体电池之间的均衡。
英文摘要:
      The power battery pack is the only power source for pure electric vehicles, the vehicle"s energy core. For electric vehicles that is running, the battery management system need to real-time monitor single batteries’ voltages of the battery pack, and in order to achieve balanced control between the battery cells. This article completes the acquisition board’s design of twelve battery voltages based on LTC6802, and achieves a balance control circuit within the battery pack. Test experiments demonstrated that the experimental board’s voltage acquisition accuracy can reach 99.5%, and the balance circuit can work fast and accurately.
