      针对同塔双回线路检修过程中存在的带地线合闸送电事故,提出了一种临时接地线检测方法。在检测处挂接一组经改造的临时地线,通过分析参考感性电流和检测地线电流的和信号的幅值来判断线路上是否存在未拆除的临时地线;利用ATPDraw仿真软件进行仿真研究,研究结果验证了该方法的可靠性与实用性。该方法充分考虑了双回线间的耦合问题,具有操作简单、成本低、可靠性好、灵敏度高等优点,能够从技术层面有效避免带地线合闸送电事故的发生。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at accidents caused by closing the breaker with grounding wires of double circuit lines, a method for detecting temporary grounding wires is proposed in this paper. A reformed grounding wire is hooked at the detection position, phase of a reference inductive current and current in detection grounding wire will be compared to judge whether there is a temporary grounding wire or not. The simulation software ATPDraw is used to verify the reliability and practicality of the method. This method takes the coupling problem between double lines into account. It is simple, low cost, reliable, sensitive, and can avoid accidents caused by closing the breaker with ground wires technically.
