      在雷电波形测量过程中,冲击二次测量系统的测量准确性极大程度影响冲击电压的测量。为评价冲击二次测量系统中测量软件的测量准确度,采用IEC61083-2010中附带的波形测试发生器(TDG)对所编制冲击软件进行测试,发现当软件测试波形为模拟采样率及分辨率较低硬件装置输出波形时,有部分波形的测试结果超出允许误差。针对这种情况,采用插值处理的方法对冲击测量软件进行改进;程序对波形数据进行插值处理后可以较好的模拟还原实际波形,提高雷电波形的测量准确度,对于保证冲击测量系统的准确性有重要意义,可广泛应用于雷电波形测量中。
英文摘要:
      The accuracy of second side impulse measurement system is of great importance to the impulse voltage measurement. For the judgments to measurement accuracy of impulse voltage measuring software,test data generator of IEC61083-2010 was used to test the software. When the test data corresponds to low-sample rate acquisition card or oscilloscope ,some calculation result of the software will be out of limited error. To improve the calculation resulsts of soft,interpolation was used in the software to simulation the waveform data acquaint from the oscilloscope. After interpolation process to the software,test results are on under the limited error,now the impulse measurement software can be well used in lighting impulse waveform measurement.
