      提出了一种基于压缩传感的三相电能质量数据压缩新方法。首先,将时间t内的三相电能质量扰动信号转换为3t时间内的一维信号;然后将传统的多频带融合问题理论应用于压缩感知字典设计中,构造过完备字典;最后选取高斯随机矩阵作为观测矩阵,OMP算法作为重构算法,重构三相电能质量扰动信号并利用matlab进行仿真。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效压缩三相电能质量数据,实现三相电能质量扰动信号同时处理,并同时检测出多项性能指标参数。
英文摘要:
      this paper presents a three-phase power quality data compression methods based on compressed sensing .First of all, the three-phase power quality disturbance signal within the time t is converted into a 3 t time of one dimensional signal ;Then the traditional problem of multiband fusion theory is applied to the compression perception dictionary design, constructing a complete dictionary; Lastly, Gaussian random matrix as the observation matrix, the OMP algorithm as a reconstruction algorithm, reconstruction of three-phase power quality disturbance signals and detection of power quality parameters. The experimental results show that the method can effectively compress the three-phase power quality data ,at the same time implement three-phase power quality disturbance signal processing and detect multiple performance parameters.
