      为了保证电力系统安全稳定的运行,需对电力系统进行可靠性评估。研究了风电场和光伏电场接入电力系统后对电力系统可靠性的影响。建立了可再生能源发电系统的可靠性模型,并将原件故障率及可再生能源的不确定性都考虑在内。提出了风电场及光伏电场的多态分析模型。利用模糊C-均值聚类算法对状态模型进行分析。采用状态枚举法和条件概率建立了电力系统的概率模型。对加入风电与光伏发电的RBTS和IEEE-RTS测试系统进行可靠性评估,计算出了不同的可靠性指标。实验结果充分证实了所提出方法的简单性与准确性。 关键词:可靠性评估;风电;光伏发电;状态模型
英文摘要:
      It is necessary to evaluate the reliability of the power system, for the safe and stable operation of the power system. The influence of the inserted wind farms and PV farms on the reliability of the power system is studied. Reliability models of renewable-based units are developed. In these models, both component failure rates and uncertainty nature of renewable resources are taken into account. The multi-state models of the wind farms and PV farms is proposed. Using the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm to analyze the state models. Using state enumeration method and conditional probability to build the the probabilistic model of the power system. The reliability evaluation of RBTS and IEEE-RTS with wind and solar generation is implemented. And different reliability indices are calculated. The obtained results well confirms the proposed method simplicity and accuracy.
