      本文提出了一种超高压电能量计量主站系统的建设方案。阐述了该系统的建设原则,研究了系统架构、应用功能、系统网络结构以及系统与其他系统的关联情况,综合运用了服务器集群技术、海量数据支持技术、跨平台设计技术、信息安全防护技术、GIS支持技术、Adobe Flex技术。投入实践应用的效果证明了该方案的先进性和有效性,对各级电网公司电能量计量系统的设计与建设工作具有指导和借鉴意义。

      This paper proposes a construction scheme of Electric Energy Metering Management System of CSG EHV Power Transmission Company. The system’s construction principle is elaborated. The system architecture, application functions, system network structure and the correlation of the system with other systems are also researched. The system utilizes server cluster technology, huge amounts of data to support technology, cross-platform design technology, information security protection technology, GIS support technology and Adobe Flex technology synthetically. The practical application demonstrates its advancement and effective. It has guiding and reference significance to electric energy metering management system’s design and construction work of power grid companies at all levels
