      目前电力电子变频装置以其优异的性能,在石油、煤层气等工矿业生产现场得到了日益广泛的应用。在变频器设计中,预充电电路是必须要考虑的一个重要环节。性能优异的预充电电路不仅可以提高变频器运行的安全可靠性,而且还可以延长器件的使用寿命,节约维护成本。基于传统的预充电电路的不足,本文设计了两种新型的变频器专用预充电电路,并通过MATLAB Simulink工具对电路性能进行了仿真研究,对比分析了各种预充电电路的优缺点,对变频器设计具有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要:
      At present, the power electronic converters with its superior performance have been widely used in petroleum, coal seam gas and other industrial and mining production site. Pre-charge circuit is an important link which must be considered in the design of frequency converter. Pre-charge circuit which has high performance can not only improve the safety and reliability of frequency converter, but can also extend the service life of the device and save the maintenance cost. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional pre-charge circuit, this paper designed two news types of pre-charging circuits which were special used in the frequency converter, and carried on research on the performance of the circuit through the MATLAB Simulink, compared and analyzed of the advantages and disadvantages of various pre-charging circuits, which were a certain guiding significance to the design of frequency converter.
