      本文阐述了电压优化调整与治理的必要性,建立了电力系统电压优化调整与治理的模型,提出了一种针对高压电网特点的电压优化调整与治理方法。通过调整机端电压、变压器分接头和补偿电容器组,或者新增无功补偿节点,来提高电网电压合格率,并且实现新增无功补偿容量最小的目标。其中详述了电网电压优化调整与治理的手段及其计算过程,并且编写程序,做电压优化调整界面,通过免疫遗传算法求解组合优化问题。另外,将免疫遗传算法和遗传算分别应用到信阳局部地区电网,进行电压优化调整,并比较优化结果。结果表明免疫遗传算法具有良好的收敛性和鲁棒性,能很好地提高电压合格率,并且使新增的补偿容量最小。
英文摘要:
      The necessity of voltage optimization adjustment and management was expatiated in this paper, the model of the power system voltage optimization adjustment and management was established, according to the characteristics of high voltage power transmission grid, a kind of voltage optimization adjustment and management method was put forward, by adjusting the voltage of the machine, transformer tap and capacitor compensation, or reactive power compensation nodes were increased, to improve the power grid voltage qualified rate and realize the goal that new reactive compensation capacity is the smallest. High voltage power grid voltage optimization adjustment and management method and its calculation process was detailed in this paper. Immune genetic algorithm was programmed and software interface was made to solve combinatorial optimization problem. In addition, the results of immune genetic algorithm and genetic algorithm optimization were compared. The optimization results of example shows that the algorithm has good convergence and robustness. The voltage acceptability can be improved very well, and the new compensation capacity was made to be minimum.
