      本文提出了一种在变换器工作在轻载情况下,采用控制电路使其能够根据变换器功率管导通时间的长短在一组预先设定的频率之间自动选择其工作频率,在实现高功率密度,降低成本,提高瞬态响应速度的同时达到提高变换器工作效率目的。实验数据表明,变换器在输出稳定的电压及驱动能力的同时,低载时效率提高了近24.0%,因此该方法特别适用于电池供电的便携式仪器仪表设备,其能保持较长的电池使用时间。
英文摘要:
      This paper presents a proposal when the converter works at light load condition, the use of the control circuit so that it can automatically select the operating frequency among a group of pre-set frequency values according to the duration of turn-on time of converter power transistor. This can realize high power density, reduce costs, increase transient response speed as well as achieve the purpose of improving the power efficiency of the converter. Experimental results show that while the converter outputs voltage and stable drive power, the low load efficiency is improved by nearly 24.0%, so the method is particularly suitable for battery-powered portable instrumentation equipment, which can maintain a longer battery usage time.
