      针对电压跌落持续时间检测问题,提出了一种利用Hankel矩阵奇异值分解(SVD)理论检测电压跌落起止时刻新方法,并对不同跌落幅值、谐波和噪声三种干扰下的信号进行适用性仿真分析,并提出对含噪声电压跌落信号选择合适的SVD分量进行信号重构,对重构信号进行SVD检测电压跌落起止时刻。通过 Matlab7.0平台仿真验证所提方法有效性,结果表明该检测方法原理简单,检测精度较高,适用性较强。
英文摘要:
      In view of the duration of voltage sag detection problem, which put forward a new method of using the Hankel matrix singular value decomposition (SVD) theory to detect the voltage sag begin-end time , and applicability simulated analysis the different drop amplitude, harmonic and noise under three kinds of jamming, and propose to contain the noise voltage drop choosing appropriate SVD components for signal reconstruction, evaluate the SVD in the reconstructed signal voltage dro-p begin-end time. By Matlab7.0 platform simulation validation of the proposed method, the results show that the detection method principle is simple, testing precision and strong applicability.
