      非计划的孤岛运行会对系统、用户和分布式电源本身带来负面影响。现有的孤岛检测方法存在可靠性和灵敏度不高的缺陷。本文提出一种利用配电变压器高压侧电气量进行信号校正的分布式电源孤岛检测方法,可解决传统相位偏移法的误差问题。利用配电变压器高压侧电压信号产生同步的模拟正弦波,与分布式电源端电压信号进行实时的相位和频率对比,进而得出孤岛检测的判据。
英文摘要:
      Unscheduled island state may bring some negative effects on system, user, and distributed generation itself. Existing island detection methods have the defect of low-reliability and low-sensitivity. This paper proposed a detection method based on signal correction by HV-side of distribution transformer which can solve the problem of the conventional phase shift detection error. A synchronized sine signal is produced and compared with the phase and frequency of distributed generation’s voltage signal, and the islanding detection criterion can be obtained.
