      电网友好型智能家庭用电是不仅考虑居民需求,而且要满足电网的可靠稳定运行,把电网侧与用户侧紧密地联系在一起,营造一个协调的用电环境。本文通过分析构建一种用于优化家庭电器的智能用电管理系统,阐述了此系统的各部分组成以及对电网所起到的积极作用。以电网和储能电池为供电电源,以尽可能减少电费支出和对电网削峰填谷起到积极作用为目的,基于峰谷分时电价和用户用电特性建立实时的优化控制模型,并以上海居民为例进行计算分析,得到了比较满意的结果。
英文摘要:
      Grid-friendly smart households are not only taking residents " needs into account, but also to meet the reliable and stable operation of power grids, the power side and the user side are closely linked with each other to create a coherent electricity environment. Based on the analysis we built an intelligent power management system for optimization of smart household appliances, and explained the various parts of the system which play a positive part for grid. With grid and battery as the power supply and the aim to reduce electricity costs and the purposes to show positive effects peak load shifting on power system, the established real-time optimal control model for electricity based on the peak-Valley electricity price and users’ characteristics and calculation and analysis of a case study of Shanghai residents, the satisfactory results were obtained.
