      介绍了国际标准IEC61851-23中直流电动汽车充电系统的基本功能和工作原理,设计针对非车载充电机与电动汽车充电过程中兼容性和安全性的关键参数验证方法。构建测试系统,实现对各充电阶段及时序、交互通信协议、充电控制性能、充电故障保护的测试。试验结果表明所提出的试验方法能够对非车载充电机国际标准关键性能指标进行全面的实验验证和分析,有利于今后我国电动汽车充电产品的标准化和国际化。
英文摘要:
      This paper presented basic functions and work principles of d.c. charging system for Electric Vehicle in international standard IEC 61851-23. A verification method of key parameters for compatibility and security of the charging process between off-board charger and electric vehicle was designed. Based on the constructed test system, different charging stage and timing tests, communication protocol test, charging control performance test, charging fault protection test were realized. Testing results showed that the proposed method could be made the comprehensive verification and analysis on the key performance index within international standard of off-board charger. It would conducive to future standardization and internationalization of China"s electric vehicle charging products.
