      为检定基于IEC61850通信协议的数字化电能表,研制出一款模拟/数字双输入式标准数字化电能表。在此基础上,给出了模拟、数字输入形式的数字化电能表检定系统构建方案,探讨了这款新型标准数字化电能表的量值溯源。测试结果表明,这款新型标准数字化表能达到万分之五的测量准确度。
英文摘要:
      In order to test digital watt-hour meter based on IEC61850, an analog/digital-double-input standing digital watt-hour meter is developed in this paper. On this basis, the construction plan of analog and digital inputs digital watt-hour meter verification system is given, the traceability of measuring value of this new type of standing digital watt-hour meter is also discussed. Testing results show that it can reach five over ten thousands of the level of accuracy.
