      针对目前数字化电能表“溯源”方法存在的问题进行了分析,提出了一种计算型模拟标准表的概念及其“溯源”方案,使数字化电能表“溯源”统一到模拟溯源体系中,从而维护电能计量溯源及传递体系的稳定性。数字化电能表“溯源”理念的突破,简化了数字化电能表计量工作,相对科学的解决了数字化电能表关于“溯源”的纷争。
英文摘要:
      According to the “traceability” technical methods and feasibility analysis of digital electrical power meter, the concept of computational analog standard meter and a related “traceability” method were proposed to make the “traceability” method keep in line with that of the original analog electrical power meters. It is helpful to maintain the stability of standard value traceability and transfer system for electrical power meter. The breakthrough in the “traceability” concept for digital electrical power meter simplified digital electrical power metering, also solved the controversial issues appeared in digital electrical power meter traceability methods.
