      针对传统的无源有损(RLD/RCD) Cuk变换器开关损耗高、开关瞬间电流与电压尖峰大和系统转换效率低的不足,研究了一种新型的无源无损软开关Cuk变换器。分析了变换器的工作原理,详细阐述了各阶段工作模态,设计了电路的参数,并最终研制了一台400 W的实验样机。实验结果表明,该变换器实现了开关管的零电流开通和零电压关断,可有效降低开关损耗,减小开关瞬间电流与电压尖峰和提高系统转换效率。
英文摘要:
      The novel passive lossless soft-switching Cuk converter discussed in the paper aims to the following disadvantages of conventional turn-ON and turn-OFF snubbers(RLD/RCD):high switch losses, large peak current and peak voltage, low efficiency of conversion. Operation mode was analyzed, parameter design procedure was presented and a prototype of 400W was built and tested. The experiment results show that this converter can achieve turning on under ZCS and turning off under ZVS, switch losses are effectively reduced, the peak current and the peak voltage are lowered and the efficiency of the converter is improved.
