      大规模风电的并网运行给电力系统的安全、稳定运行带来的影响不可忽视。为了保障风电持续健康发展和电网安全稳定运行,开展风电并网检测是非常重要的。不确定度是保证检测结果的可靠性、准确性,及检测能力的重要指标,亟需开展风电并网检测的不确定度分析及与其相适应的不确定度评定方法的研究。通过对相关标准的研究,对风电并网检测的测试项目及测试方法作了介绍,分析了功率、谐波及闪变等主要测试结果的不确定度分量,最后给出了不确定度评定的方法。
英文摘要:
      The influence of large-scale wind power integration on the safe and stable operation of a power system cannot be ignored. In order to safeguard the sustained and healthy development of wind power and the security and stability of power system,it is important to conduct the wind power grid-integration test. Uncertainty is an important indicator of the test results to ensure reliability, accuracy, and test capabilities, and it is urgent need to carry out uncertainty analysis and uncertainty evaluation methods research of wind power grid-integration test.
