The theory of hydrodynamics and?index (Herman power) equation are used firstly to derive and establish a model of wind speed considered tower shadow and wind shear for three-blade wind turbine , then simplified it and made an explanation of each parameter, finally, wind model simulated by Matlab was compared and analyzed.The model considered many factors such as the tower radius, overhanging distance, radius blades, hub height factor, wheel speed, wind shear coefficient,and so on. The results show that the effect of wind shadow contributes much more than wind shear for the non-uniform velocity field. The model is simple and effective, suitable for the wind turbine in time domain power system,is the foundation of wind turbine torque, research wind turbine control, wind turbine loads, etc..
