      介绍一种在智能电能表自动检定流水线的LCD液晶显示单元中,通过电能表的RS485通讯接口和专用的协议指令,控制电能表切换到指定显示状态,再通过智能相机拍照,从而实现检测智能电能表液晶循环显示内容及指示灯的方法。此方法不仅实现了智能电能表液晶循环显示的检测,还不增加设备故障点、不影响检测节拍,使检测完善、简便、先进、高效。
英文摘要:
      The paper introduced a method that LCD liquid crystal display unit of the smart electricity meter in automatic test line, which controlling the smart electricity meter switch to the specify display status via RS485 communication interface and protocol-specific commands of the smart electricity meter, and through taking pictures by the intelligent cameras, thus achieving the purpose of each screen and lights detection, This method not only realizes the LCD liquid crystal display unit of the smart electricity meter, also does not increase the equipment fault, Don"t influence the detection time, it makes the detection much completer, simpler and efficient.
