      电池储能系统以其模块化,响应快,配置灵活等优点,作为提高可再生能源接纳能力的一种有效手段而得到广泛关注。本文以锂电池储能功率调节系统及其优化控制为研究对象,给出了主电路参数设计方案,计及电池荷电状态约束条件提出了基于规则(Rule-based)的功率优化控制策略,对储能系统上层功率进行优化,以提高电池的使用寿命,控制器底层基于定周期比和反馈线性化控制策略实现对储能装置的充放电控制。仿真结果验证了参数设计的正确性以及控制策略的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Battery energy storage system is widely concerned as an effective means to increase the renewable energy received capacity with its modular , fast response , flexible configuration , etc. The lithium battery energy storage power conditioning system and its optimal control is studied in this paper, the system parameters design scheme is given, a rule-based power optimization control strategy is proposed on the basis of power and the state of charge constraints to improve the life of lithium batteries, loop control that can be switched is used in the controller bottom to make the energy storage device reasonable charge and discharge strategy.The result of the experiment verify the correctness of the design parameters and effectiveness of the control strategy.
