      开放实验室的学生人数多、流动性大,给实验仪器电源管理带来了难题。为了解决该问题,本文以计算机为主机,利用单片机、电力载波模块、继电器等元件设计了一套基于电力线载波的电源控制系统,包括监控主机、主站点和从站点。监控主机上采用VC+ 软件设计友好的人机交互监控界面,教师通过该界面远程控制从站点,实现电源通断;主站点采用双串口STC12C5A08S2单片机实现监控主机与从站点间的信息转发;从站点通过AT89S52单片机控制继电器的吸合与释放,实现电源的通断;主从站点通过电力载波模块构成了基于电力载波的分布式通信系统。经过运行测试,该系统工作稳定、操作简便,各项性能达到了设计要求。
英文摘要:
      Due to the large quantity and flow of students in the open laboratory, the problem of apparatus power management occurred. To solve the problem, the article designed a power control system with PC, MCU, power line carrier models and relays etc based on power line carrier, which include the upper PC, the central station and the slave stations. A friendly interactive interface is designed by VC in upper PC, through which the teacher can control the slave station to open or close the power. The central station which based on STC12C5A08S2 is used for the information retransmission between the upper PC and the slave station. The slave stations which based on AT89S52 control the power through the relays. The central station and the slave station constitute the distributed communication system based power line carrier through power line carrier models. After working and testing, the system have the characteristics of stable working and convenient operation, which can meet the needs of the real application.
