      随着500kV架空线路遭受雷击事故的不断增加,对线路上过电压在线监测已成为国内外研究的重要课题。分析避雷器非线性电阻阀片(metal oxide varistor, MOV)在不同冲击电流下的特性,通过对500kV线路避雷器在小电流作用下的非线性电阻特性进行曲线拟合,推导金属氧化物避雷器(metal oxide arrester, MOA)末端电压与过电压的关系,利用ATP-EMTP软件对陡冲击电流作用下的避雷器及等效模型进行仿真,验证了等效模型的可行性。通过上述方式分析了非线性电阻阀片的不同特性对过电压的推导作用,从而为过电压的监测提供依据。
英文摘要:
      With the accidents of 500kV over-line being attacked by the lighting increasing, on-line monitoring of over-voltage lines has become an important research topic at home and abroad. To analysis the character under different impact current of non-linear metal oxide varistor value(MOV), and to do the curve fitting of the 500kV metal oxide surge arrestor non-liner characteristic in a small current role, to derive the relationship between the terminal voltage of MOV and over-voltage online. Utilize ATP-EMTP to simulate equivalent model of metal oxide MOV under surge impact current, to verify the feasibility of the equivalent model. By the methods above, different characteristics of MOA effecting on the derivation of the over-voltage be analysis and thus provide the basis for monitoring overvoltage.
