英文摘要:
      This paper presents a large-capacity power flow controller for the center, combined with Scott transformer constitutes phase traction power supply system. The system can not only transfer active power, reactive power compensation and harmonic, can also cancel electrical phase. Mass Flow Controller by the quadruple of three-level voltage source inverter composed with simple topologies, providing the advantages of large capacity.
